Donation Information
We are very grateful to all our friends, supporters and donors for extending their support to us so far. The Office of His Holiness the XVII. Gyalwang Karmapa will not be responsible for any donations requested or collected in the name of His Holiness by individuals and associations, without proper recommendation letter addressed to the donars individually by His Holiness or the General Secretary.
Audience Notifications
As you may be aware that His Holiness's schedule is already very tight since he is devoting 90% of his time to studies which include the process of transmission of empowerments from his teachers, learning Buddhist philosophy and meditation. However, His Holiness has earmarked a portion of his time for public audiences and a limited time for private audiences.
For public audiences, prior appointment is not necessary. The schedules for public audience are typically between 2.30pm to 3.00 pm on Wednesday and Saturday. A brief teaching is normally granted during the public audience.
A very limited time for private audiences is when possible scheduled between 11am - 12 noon on Monday through Saturday for serious disciples. Unless one has a compelling reason, we ask that disciples not insist on a private audience for the time being in order to allow His Holiness to devote the maximum time to his studies.
Kindly contact the Private Secretary, ph. 91-9816474363 or the secretary (audience) at ph. 91-9418294401 to seek prior permission for an appointment for a private audience. Appointments must be requested at least one month in advance, and are of course subject to availability. Fax: 91-1982-235744.
